Thank you for completing the Levy Africa Network AI Workplace Readiness Check.
These Terms of Use explain how the assessment works, how we use the information you provide and the basis upon which the assessment is made available.
Purpose of the assessment
The AI Workplace Readiness Check is intended for educational and informational purposes.
It is designed to provide general guidance and a high-level indication of an organisation’s workplace readiness for AI adoption. The assessment is intended to encourage discussion, reflection and planning. It is not a legal opinion, legal advice, an audit, a compliance certification or a formal workplace risk assessment.
While every effort has been made to develop a practical and meaningful assessment, it should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice tailored to the particular circumstances of an organisation.
At the end of the assessment, you will receive a personalised readiness score, readiness category and practical guidance based on the information you provide.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide in order to generate your personalised assessment result, email your result to you, improve our services and communicate with you about relevant workplace AI products, services and insights.
Information collected may include your name, organisation, job title, corporate email address, contact number and assessment responses. Your information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Levy Africa Network’s Privacy Notice.
Limitation of liability and disclaimer
While every effort has been made to ensure that the assessment provides practical and meaningful guidance, Levy Africa Network cannot guarantee that it will identify every AI-related workplace risk, governance gap or compliance issue.
The readiness score, readiness category and recommendations are generated solely from the information provided by the user.
The authors and developers of this assessment accept no liability for any loss, damage or action arising directly or indirectly from the use of, reliance on or misuse of the assessment or its results.
Organisations remain responsible for ensuring that their AI governance, workplace practices, policies and employment decisions comply with applicable legislation and principles of fairness.
